-OTP(One-Time Programmable) IP ,一次可编程知识产权核,烧入后可使得数据不能被再次更改和清除。随着嵌入式应用越来越广泛,OTP 可起到保护硬件设计的作用,同时能够保护产品安全,防止被非法侵入。被广泛应用于FLASH芯片、CPU、MCU等领域当中。
-XXX提供的OTP IP,具有IP核面积小、可靠性高、抗干扰性强、可定制开发、100% CMOS 工艺兼容、无需额外工艺条件与步骤、二次开发成本低,数据存储时长大于100 年( 150℃的条件下)等技术优势。
每年量产晶圆十万片以上,在180/130/110/90/55/40/28/22/14/7nm等工艺节点上已经通过验证。
